There are few deaths less glorious (or often more amusing) than ones caused by sheer carelessness.

In the cases where the death is caused by someone other than the victim, the interest generally lies in how they react to becoming an unwitting killer. Of course, if they are particularly unobservant they may not even realise they were at fault.
