After days of suffering from nightly visits from a thirsty Dracula, Lucy slowly slips further and further into a vampiric state. While Van Helsing takes Dr. Seward to explain everything and slay Dracula before he can finish off Lucy, cowboy Quincy along with Lucy's fiancé Arthur stand watch at her mansion in case Dracula comes back for another snack.

Dracula has different plans this time, though. After being spurned by Mina when she left for Transylvania to get married to her fiancé Jonathan, who had just recently escaped Dracula's castle, the Count decides to let off some steam and pay Lucy one more visit.

Easily dispatching guards, Quincy, and (a half-asleep) Arthur, Dracula stands outside Lucy's window, declaring his intention to finish what he has been doing to her.

"I condemn you to living death. To eternal hunger for living blood" the Count states, before transforming into a huge wolf, smashing through Lucy's window, and sinking his fangs into her neck, right where he'd bitten her before, bringing her into his thrall with one terrible kiss of death, aping the kiss of marriage between Jonathan and Mina occurring at that moment in Transylvania. With one final scream, Lucy dies and is surrounded in a massive explosion of blood.
