Wombosi is a former African leader who has caused lots of trouble for the C.I.A. He's writing a revealing book on the Agency and threatens to release it if the C.I.A. don't put him back in power. Several weeks ago, Jason Bourne came on his boat to try and assassinate him, but failed when he saw Wombosi's child starring right back at him, resulting in a botched escape, where Bourne got two bullets in his back and amnesia ~ [and a lucrative role in an overlong trilogy of books and films! - Old Bluffer]Wombosi talks to his bodyguard as they go down some stairs.
"They want war, I'll give them war." he vows. "If they want to kill me, they better kill the first time. They better kill me dead. They better kill when I'm in my sleep."
"Nykwana, listen to me," the bodyguard reasons. "We need these people. It's hard enough getting people that we know to help us. We need to be careful."
"We?" Wombosi says. "No, you. You need to bring me back that b*****d kid's head put it out in front of this house and show them what kind of war we're fighting."
"But that is precisely-" begs the bodyguard.
Before he finishes, two bullets explode through the window and into Wombosi's head. It's The Professor, another one of Treadstone's assassins. As the bodyguard screams, The Professor moves on and undoes his sniper equipment.
