At the climax of this film, Bruce Wayne tries to appeal to Selina Kyle's good side by removing his Batman mask. Selina (dressed as Catwoman) is somewhat unsure of what do at this point, seeing as she's in two minds over whether to kill her boss Max Shreck, who pushed her out of a window previously, or leave with Bruce.
Shreck interrupts:
"Selina Kyle. You're fired! And Bruce Wayne, why are you wearing that stupid Batman outfit?"
Her anger returning, Selina snipes, "Because he IS Batman, you moron!"
A few moments later, and Shreck decides to use his firearm (which is stolen from a fallen goon) to shoot the Dark Knight. Selina turns to face him.
"You killed me... The Penguin killed me... Batman killed me... Three lives down. You got enough to finish me off?" she challenges, listing all the 'deaths' she's had during to film.
"Only one way to find out," Max deadpans.
He fires two shots in Selina's arms as she walks towards him. Selina counts, defiant as ever: "Four... Five... Still alive!" Shreck shoots two more rounds, this time into Selina's legs. Selina noticeably stumbles, but continues still. "Six... Seven... All good girls go to heaven..." Selina, has, by this point, come face-to-face with Max. Max aims the gun into her gut, but it clicks. Selina laughs wildly.
"Two lives left," Selina concludes, convinced she's a cat with nine lives. "I think I'll save one for next Christmas. But in the mean time..."
She pulls up a stun gun she grabbed from the beginning of the film.
"...how about a kiss, Anti-Claus?"
She approaches Shreck, and pulls out a wire out of the huge cooling machine as she does so. She jams the stun gun and the wire into his mouth, electrocuting Shreck and causing a huge explosion.
Bruce, by this point, has gotten to his feet. Selina has disappeared. He walks over to a pile of wreckage and starts removing it in the slim chance Shreck might still be alive. He removes a large piece, revealing Shreck's blackened and grotesque corpse, eyes bulging out of their sockets and the stun gun still in his mouth.
That corpse freaks the hell out of me. They say the eye is the window to the soul. That's probably why I'm not a big fan of them bulging out of sockets.
BTW, my name is spelt with one 't'. I spell my truncated name with two because I sound like a doormat otherwise.
uh, the first two bullets are into her right ribs and left collarbone and the second two are into her lower stomach just below her navel and right hip.
Then why would she survive them? Her early 'deaths' didn't actually kill her, she was just so psychologically unstable that she is convinced of having supernatural powers.

and in any case, its a MOVIE. she could get shot in the head and survive that.
We are movie fans - we tend to be a bit trivial on these things.
And besides, how would you know she would survive getting shot in the head? A bullet to the brain is very fatal and I doubt even if she had those powers she would survive that.
