Daniel Longdale is the late Mr. Christian's lawyer, who hired Dino Velvet (q.v.) and his posse of perverts to make a snuff film for his boss. Tom Welles, hoping to sow distrust amongst the criminals, lets it slip that Christian paid Longdale quite a bit more money for the film than Longdale paid Velvet to make it.

His scheme pays off, as Velvet, Eddie Poole, and Machine all begin advancing on Longdale, as the lawyer pulls a gun and starts backing towards his luxury sedan. This gives Tom, currently handcuffed to a table leg, the opportunity he needs to reach for his confiscated gun.

Velvet has a crossbow aimed at Longdale, with the lawyer ordering him to lower the weapon, lest he shoot him. Velvet appears to comply, and lowers the weapon, but then in one fluid motion, he brings it back up and fires, sending the bolt flying. It hits Longdale in the torso, going straight through him and into the car behind him. Longdale dies standing up, held in place by the arrow pinning him to the car.

He gets the last laugh, though, as before expiring he fires on Velvet...
