Written by BillBen Wade and Dan Evans are hunted by down Ben's former group, and Ben doesn't want to go back with them, so Ben goes along with Dan, so he can go freely. They are outnumbered at their hotel room, with the group waiting otuside. Ben and Dan makes a plan and get out of the hotel. They run to a train station, where Ben's ride is at.

As Ben Wade and Dan Evans are outrunning the dangerous robbers, Ben's train arrives, and Ben safely gets onboard, with Dan helping him out.

As Ben gets into his cellcage, Dans gets mutiple shots in the back, caused by Charles Prince (q.v.). Ben gets offboard and tries to help Dan, he realizes it's too late: his friend has lost too many blood and had died. This angers Ben.
